As the famous Pitkin quote goes, “Life begins at forty,” so was it for Ugandan dancehall artist Jose Chameleon who went all out for his 40th birthday party.

From live bands to tall cakes, champagne, good laughter and family, the singer had it all.

The party that took place at DNA Lounge in Uganda’s capital city was attended by fellow artist and some of Chameleon’s fans.

The Valuvalu singer extended an invitiation to his fans through his social media urging them not miss his cake cutting especially. Chameleon’s tall cake had the ‘Lord Mayor’s’ initials written on it.

Seems like the artist has taken his in interest for the political seat very seriously despite his music mentee Young Mulo announcing he would beat Chameleon to the seat come next Uganda’s general elections.

Contradicting Chameleon’s manifesto, Mulo said he is confident that he is the only one who can take Kampala to the next level.
