A Nakuru man has moved to court to seek dissolution of their three-year-old marriage with a woman who he claims is mentally disturbed and has been defecating on his bed , sufurias and sofa sets.
Maina Ndirangu has filed the case at Nakuru Children’s Court.
Ndirangu wants the wife, Sarah Njambi, stopped permanently from accessing his home in Eldoret. In court papers, the two have been cohabiting for three years and with a child.
Njambi left their home in October 2018leaving the minor with him. According to the petitioner, the lady on March 20, 2019 traveled to Eldoret claiming the child was sick only for her to take all l household items, money and also destroyed his clothes by pouring acid on them. Among those stolen wereSh 5,000, notebook, head shaver, Vaseline jelly, thermos, blanket, Maasai kikoy, nail cutter, tooth paste and three buckets.
The matter was reported at Eldoret Police station under OB Number 26/3/2019,.
Ndirangu states in the plaintiff, he is now a destitute, has no clothes left for him and the defecation left him traumatized.
To him, the act of the respondent in defecating on his bed ,sufurias greatly traumatized him as it is greatly cruelty to do such an act. Further he states, Njambi has been taunting him about cleaning the sufurias she defecated. “The defendant (Njambi) has been taunting me about cleaning up her mess after defecating on my bed and sufurias through short text messages asking if I enjoyed cleaning up her mess.,” continued the suit.
The man is now praying for protection from the woman and an order by the court to compel her to return his household items. He said though they separated, Njambi is systematically destroying his life as she keeps on stalking him and harassing him. “The plaintiff prays that the court issues orders restraining the defendant from stalking him and destroying his personal effects,” the suit reads.
Njambi in her replying affidavit dismisses the allegations raised against her. In her court papers,Ndirangu claims that she defecated on the man’s bed and sufurias were fabrications and lies to discredit her uprightness.
“That the plaintiff has intentionally and deliberately decided to employ smoke screen tactics by concealing material facts relevant in so determining pertinent issues raised in his affidavit and has instead chosen to paint my personality in bad light when indeed all the averments as so stated in the supporting affidavit are merely fabricated lies,” she claims. Njambi wants the court to dismiss the case with costs. Those who know the family well claim, they are fighting over property ownership.
